We CAN-CER Vive Tutu Trot
for Washington Parish Cancer Survivors
“We CAN-CER Vive” Tutu Trot raises funds to benefit Washington Parish cancer patients, survivors and their families to help them cope with the physical and emotional challenges of a cancer diagnosis and survivors’ journey. Our mission is to raise awareness, educate and support our local cancer survivors. We are providing an opportunity for local businesses, community organizations, and community members to run, walk, trot or wobble in memory or honor of a loved one and to celebrate the hope and strength of survivors. Business, organization, and family teams are welcomed. Tutus are encouraged but not required. Tutus can be purchased below or at the event. Garters and headbands may also be worn in addition to the tutu or by themselves. Garters and headbands will be available to purchase the day of the event.
The Tutu Trot supports the Bogalusa Youth Business Fair and Art in the Park community events being held immediately after the Tutu Trot by encouraging participants to stay and enjoy these events.
Special note: Purchased tutus can be picked up at Tutu Trot sign-in on trot day.
